A self-assessment instrument helps mathematics teachers to identify students' learning behaviour and intervene with appropriate instructional design for engaged meaningful in a class. This study, thus, aims design, develop, validate classroom secondary-level students. study comprises four systematic levels of development validation processes. Firstly, it begins review different theories related literature formulating the relevant assessment domains instrument. Secondly, continues tool item processes based on pre-determined domains. The third level involves draft reviewing process by experts pre-testing sample 540 secondary last stage includes testing verification using statistical tools. Thus, this establishes verified completing construction.

Predictors of pre-service teachers’ learning engagement in blended teaching DOI

Despite the growth of blended teaching (BT), little is known about its influences on learning engagement in pre-service teacher education. This study examined changes 1285 teachers (PSTs) at beginning, middle, and completion a semester multiple format transitions amidst COVID-19, predictability individual characteristics environmental variables, including PSTs' adaptability, educators' self-efficacy behaviors. The data were analyzed using latent model. Results show that levels vigor absorption increased significantly over semester. Individualized behaviors, for instruction, behavior-cognitive adaptability predicted PSTs. Theoretical practical implications are discussed.

Academic performance problems that are still rampant in various boarding schools often triggered by students' lack of active participation and confidence their academic abilities. This study aims to analyze the effect self-efficacy on with student engagement as a mediator for students Islamic schools. The method this is quantitative research an ex-post facto approach. sample was determined using multistage random sampling technique total 308 student. instruments used were scale dimensions level, generality, strength, emotional engagement, cognitive behavioural measured referring report card data. data obtained analysed quantitatively PROCESS v4.2 macro Hayes 4 model through SPSS Version 25 application. results indicate self-efficacy, positively related, acts between performance. Students high more confident learning can solve effectively engaged learning, thus improving achievement.

Abstract This study explores the relationship between classroom environment (CE), trait emotional intelligence (TEI), hope, and burnout among 425 Chinese vocational college students. Data were collected using Classroom Environment Scale, Adult Dispositional Hope Scale (ADHS), Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQue-SF), measures. The results revealed significant associations TEI, burnout, with CE playing a pivotal role in influencing hope levels. These findings offer important insights for educators policymakers. By fostering supportive emotionally engaging environment, can enhance students' intelligence, cultivate mitigate academic burnout. underscores necessity teacher training programs that emphasize development of social competencies to improve dynamics student success.
