ABSTRACT
One
area
of
growing
concern
was
the
presence
microplastics
(MPs)
in
agricultural
irrigation
systems,
where
they
entered
and
affected
soil
quality
plant
health.
This
study
evaluated
impact
MPs
on
growth
through
a
comprehensive
analysis
existing
literature,
focusing
studies
that
examined
water,
including
their
identification,
occurrence,
environmental
impacts
systems.

sediments,
or
infiltrated
deeper

interacting
with
chemicals
