Bladder cancer, as a highly heterogeneous malignant tumor of the urinary system, is significantly affected by metabolic reprogramming in its response to immunotherapy. This review systematically elaborates on molecular mechanisms abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism bladder cancer microenvironment immune escape, discusses precision treatment strategies based regulation. In future, it will be necessary combine spatiotemporal omics artificial intelligence technologies construct multi-target intervention system for metabolic–immune interaction network, promoting paradigm shift cancer.
