The aim of this viewpoint paper is to consider different psychological transdiagnostic processes that can inform the development effective early intervention approaches in youth mental health before threshold diagnosis attained. A process defined as a mechanism which present across disorders and either risk or maintaining factor for disorder. We consulted literature with respect depression, anxiety eating disorders. suggest 38 unique processes. Each were make them suitable stakeholder consultation (e.g. people lived experience) developing (targets) interventions. recommend definitions these are further developed stakeholders, systematic reviews conducted identify essential ingredients interventions then be tested clinical impact youth.
