Recently, agricultural management innovation has incorporated engineered nanoparticles. The current investigation was carried out to produce magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgONPs) for the first time applying S. cerevisiae extract. In our paper, we have synthesized modified PEA and alkyd resin by replacing the new source of polyol (SDEA) which was confirmed different analyses such as IR, 1HNMR spectra. Many synthetic compounds have been applied to impart antimicrobial properties fabrics. In this review, the types of bacteria are described. Abstract Scientists know very little about the mechanisms underlying fish skin mucus, despite fact that it is a component of immune system. Fish mucus an important defence against invasive infections. Recently, and its are gaining interest among immunologists. Characterization was done on obtained silver nanoparticles Ag combined with Clarias gariepinus catfish epidermal proteins (EMP-Ag-NPs) through UV–vis, FTIR, XRD, TEM, SEM. Ag-NPs ranged in size from 4 to 20 nm, spherical form angles were 38.10°, 44.20°, 64.40°, 77.20°, Where wavelength change after formation EMP-Ag-NPs as indicate dark brown, broad band recorded at 391 nm. Additionally, antimicrobial, antibiofilm anticancer activities assessed. The present results demonstrate high activity unicellular fungi C. albicans , followed by E. faecalis . Antibiofilm showed strong both S. aureus P. aeruginosa pathogens dose-dependent manner, without affecting planktonic cell growth. Also, cytotoxicity effect investigated normal cells (Vero), breast cancer (Mcf7) hepatic carcinoma (HepG2) lines concentrations (200–6.25 µg/mL) current highly 100, 5 25 µg/mL exhibited rounding, shrinkage, deformation granulation Mcf7 HepG2 IC50 19.34 31.16 respectively while Vero appeared rounded concentration 50 shape 25, 12.5 6.25 µg/ml 35.85 µg/mL. Abstract Some of the significant globally prevalent vector-borne illnesses are caused by Culex pipiens . Synthetic pesticides have been widely utilized to eradicate C. , which has led a number health risks for people, insect resistance, and environmental contamination. Alternative strategies therefore vitally needed. In current investigation, Trichoderma viride fungal culture filtrate was used create selenium silver nanoparticles (SeNPs AgNPs, respectively) test them on larvae in their fourth instar stage. The death rate increased significantly when SeNP AgNP concentrations increased, according results. SeNPs AgNPs affected developmental detoxification enzymes at 24 h after being treated with sublethal concentration tested NPs. As result insecticidal effect larvae, considered effective promising larvicidal agents.
