Glioma, the most prevalent primary intracranial tumor, presents significant clinical treatment challenges due to its high invasiveness and therapeutic resistance. Therefore, development of a targeted agent that is both highly effective low in toxicity crucial. In this research, we aimed design bionic mesoporous selenium nanoparticle (ACMLMSeP) functionalized with paclitaxel Ang-2 for nasal administration as approach glioma. Nasal facilitates direct delivery drugs brain through olfactory nerve, thereby circumventing protective mechanisms blood-brain barrier. Mesoporous (MSe) significantly enhances loading capacity insoluble while improving their water solubility. The functionalization MSe enables slow drug release accumulation. Moreover, accumulated nano-selenium promotes reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, induces autophagy, synergizes accelerate apoptosis tumor cells. Analysis using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) images Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) indicated ACMLMSe has an average particle size roughly 135 nm.
