With an increasing prevalence of thyroid nodules globally, this study investigates the potential correlation between use Bluetooth headsets and incidence nodules, considering cumulative effects non-ionizing radiation (NIR) emitted by these devices. In study, we analyzed 600 valid questionnaires from WenJuanXing platform using Propensity Score Matching (PSM) XGBOOST model, supplemented SHAP analysis, to assess risk nodules. PSM was utilized balance baseline characteristic differences, thereby reducing bias. The model then employed predict factors, with efficacy measured area under Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC). analysis helped quantify explain impact each feature on prediction outcomes, identifying key factors. Abstract The use of extracellular vesicles (EVs) in bone tissue engineering is emerging as a promising alternative strategy to stem cells. For clinical application, EVs must be biomanufactured from suitable source cells, systematically characterized, and validated for their efficacy regeneration. This study focuses on the possibility this translation using vitro methods with rat marrow cells (rBMSCs). Abstract When cellular ageing is accelerated by various extrinsic/endogenous stimuli, regenerative function deteriorates, and enriched secretomes, such as the senescence‐associated secretory phenotype (SASP), contribute to chronic inflammation cause matrix degeneration. SASPs from senescent fibroblasts exacerbate senescence via autocrine signalling also accelerate skin through induction of neighbouring cell paracrine signalling. The interaction between dermis their neighbours, adipose‐derived stem cells (ADSCs) in hypodermis, which lies deep dermis, a potential target for ageing. In this study, we observed that an extract lees Gosori liquor (GLE), traditional Korean made fermenting millet rice, suppressed fibroblasts, including SASP production, replicative model. We further examined whether anti‐ageing effects GLE on affected surrounding cells, ADSCs. results showed factors ADSCs were culture medium (SF‐CM) treated with compared SF‐CM‐only group.
