Abstract Several studies suggest that oral pathogenic biofilms cause persistent infections. Among these is periodontitis, a prevalent condition brought on by plaque biofilm. It can even result in tooth loss. Furthermore, the accumulation of germs around dental implant may lead to peri-implantitis, which damages surrounding bone and gum tissue. bacterial biofilm contamination causes soft tissue irritation adjacent resorption, severely compromising health. On decontaminated surfaces, however, re-osseointegration cannot be induced standard removal techniques such as mechanical cleaning antiseptic treatment. A family nanoparticles known nanozymes (NZs) comprise highly catalytically active multivalent metal components. The most often employed NZs with antibacterial activity are those have peroxidase (POD) activity, among other types NZs. Since less expensive, more easily produced, stable than natural enzymes, they hold great promise for use various applications, including treating microbial significantly contributed studying success rates periodontal health maintenance periodontics implantology. An extensive analysis research their applications managing conditions, caries, pulp disorders, ulcers, infections mouth. Breast cancer (BC), as a leading cause of mortality in women, demands robust prediction models for early diagnosis and personalized treatment. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) algorithms offer promising solutions automated survival prediction, driving this study's systematic review meta-analysis. Three online databases (Web Science, PubMed, Scopus) were comprehensively searched (January 2016-August 2023) using key terms ("Breast Cancer", "Survival Prediction", "Machine Learning") their synonyms. Original articles applying ML BC clinical data included. The quality studies was assessed via the Qiao Quality Assessment tool. Amongst 140 identified articles, 32 met eligibility criteria. Analyzed methods achieved mean validation accuracy 89.73%. Hybrid models, combining traditional modern techniques, mostly considered to predict rates (40.62%). Supervised learning dominant paradigm (75%). Common methodologies included pre-processing, feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, classification. Deep (DL), particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), emerged preferred algorithm within these methodologies. Notably, 81.25% relied on internal validation, primarily K-fold cross-validation train/test split strategies. findings underscore significant potential AI-based enhancing predictions. However, ensure robustness generalizability predictive future research should emphasize importance rigorous external validation. Such endeavors will not only validate efficacy across diverse populations but also pave way integration into practice, ultimately contributing patient care improved outcomes. https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/prospero/, identifier CRD42024513350.

The mouth cavity is the second most complex microbial community in human body. It composed of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa. An imbalance oral microbiota may lead to various conditions, including caries, soft tissue infections, periodontitis, root canal peri-implantitis (PI), pulpitis, candidiasis, denture stomatitis. Additionally, several locally administered antimicrobials have been suggested for dentistry surgical non-surgical applications. main drawbacks are increased antimicrobial resistance, risk upsetting natural microbiota, hypersensitivity responses. Because their unique physiochemical characteristics, nanoparticles (NPs) can circumvent antibiotic-resistance mechanisms exert action via a variety new bactericidal routes. anti-microbial properties, carbon-based NPs becoming more effective antibacterial agents. Periodontitis, PI, dentin other dental diseases among conditions that be treated using carbon (CNPs) like graphene oxide dots. outline scientific development multifunctional CNPs concerning disorders will given before talking about significant influence on health. Some these illnesses include pulp disorders, PI. We also review remaining research application barriers possible future problems.

Because of the intricate interactions between bacteria internalization in periodontal cells and chronic inflammatory activation, disorders remain difficult. Furthermore, primary cause adult tooth loss is periodontitis, one most common dental worldwide. The key to preventing periodontitis has been reduce development generation substances that eventually erode tissue surrounding supporting teeth. there are several disadvantages treating with antibiotics administered systemically. A naturally occurring polymer antibacterial anti-inflammatory properties chitosan (CS). CS highly interested disease as a medicine carrier due its actions against anaerobic microorganisms possible properties. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare management by improving decision-making, developing patient results, and maximizing productivity. Nevertheless, limitations in incorporating analyzing AI-enabled Information Systems (ISs) impede consistent adoption, mainly because of the lack established methodologies, diverse function evaluations, complication data. To cope with these issues, this research proposes a novel taxonomy IS for management. We analyzed 36 cutting-edge articles, dividing them into six main categories: Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision Support (CDSS), Medical Imaging Systems, Telemedicine Platforms, Drug Discovery, Wearable Monitoring Systems. Our considered factors include datasets, simulation environments, key parameters such as accuracy, precision, specificity, sensitivity, F1 score. The results show that EHR systems lead to accuracy (93.85%), precision (92.55%), specificity (92.73%), score (94.33%), while excel sensitivity (94.58%) Discovery dataset size (81,666).
