Major
depressive
disorder
(MDD)

connectivity

dynamic
FC
would
change
in
patients
with
MDD
are
unclear.

study,
we

characterize
using
a
large
multi-site
sample
novel
network-based
approach.
Resting-state
magnetic
resonance
imaging
(fMRI)
data
were
acquired
from
total
460

healthy
controls,
as

consortium.

Abstract
Background
Major
depressive
disorder
(MDD)
is
associated
with
high
risk
of
suicide.
Conventional
neuroimaging

showed
abnormalities
