Achieving
common
prosperity
and
promoting
coordinated
regional
development
are
key
objectives
of
China’s
economic
social
in
the
new
era.
The
eastern,

northern
regions
Guangdong
(hereafter
referred
to
as
“the
Regions”)
possess
abundant
agricultural
resources

challenge
for
Guangdong’s
high-quality
lies
how
enhance
farmers’
income
(FI)
through
industrial
agglomeration
(AIA),
reduce
disparities
across
regions,
achieve
development,
promote
prosperity.
This
study
employs
panel
data
from
12
prefecture-level
cities
Regions
2012
2022
examine
dynamic
evolution
AIA
its
impact
on
(FI).
It
focuses
mechanisms
which
influences
growth
explores
heterogeneity
effects.
findings
indicate
that
FI
follows
a
stage-specific
U-shaped
pattern.
Agricultural
productivity
mediates
this
relationship,
demonstrating
enhances
by
improving
production
efficiency.
However,
level
industrialization
weakens
positive
effect
growth.
To

leverage
benefits

recommends
optimizing
spatial
distribution

Frontier

two-way
fixed
effects
mediation

foreign
direct
investment

have
“first-rising-then-declining”
NC,
while
financing
constraints
(FC)
play
promoting

NC.
Furthermore,
FDI
subsequently

regional
