Hitherto there is no praiseworthy noninvasive methods in the early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). MicroRNAs (miRNAs) could be utilized as molecular markers for diverse malignancies. In this study, we aim to discern potential miRNAs screening RCC. We employed quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) detect expression levels candidate serum specimens 108 RCC patients and 112 health volunteers. Diagnostic values were appraised, panel was constructed by dint receiver operating characteristic curves, area under ROC curve backward stepwise logistic regression analysis. Moreover, capitalized on bioinformatics analysis exploration biological functions. The five (miR-30c-5p, miR-142-3p, miR-206, miR-223-3p, miR-200c-5p) markedly alteration subjects. A three-miRNA combining miR-30c-5p, miR-142-3p miR-206 discriminate healthy subjects satisfactorily with 0.872 (0.811-0.919, P < 0.001) AUC, 81.25% sensitivity 86.90% specificity. Prostate cancer, a leading cause of cancer-related mortality among men, often presents challenges in accurate diagnosis and effective monitoring. This systematic review explores the potential exosomal biomolecules as noninvasive biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, treatment response prostate cancer. A thorough literature search through online public databases (Medline via PubMed, Scopus, Web science) using structured terms screening predefined eligibility criteria resulted 137 studies that we analyzed this review. We evaluated findings from these clinical studies, revealing load exosomes blood urine cancer patients, which includes microRNAs (miRNAs), proteins, lipids, demonstrates disease-specific changes. It also shows some markers can differentiate between malignant benign hyperplasia prostate, predict disease aggressiveness, monitor efficacy. Notably, miRNA emerged most frequently studied biomolecule, demonstrating superior diagnostic compared to traditional methods like prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing.
