Purpose: Vocational education and training is important to produce skilled innovative labor drive the country's development in 4th industrial revolution (IR 4.0). The employability of vocational college students crucial meet demand for 21st-century workers. This study aims identify influences characteristics, work readiness, self-concept on students. also examined moderating role gender. Methods: A quantitative correlational design was carried out achieve objectives study. samples consisted 395 from five colleges located states Kedah Penang, Malaysia. Data were collected through online questionnaire survey, which made up four instruments: Youth Innovation Skills Measurement Tool, Work Readiness Scale, Rational Scale Perceived Future Employability Scale. validity reliability these instruments well established. Descriptive structural equation modelling (SEM) analyses out. Findings: Innovative characteristics (β = 0.252, t 5.041, p < 0.001), 0.386, 7.131, 0.001) readiness 0.219, 3.787, had significant effects model explained 53% variance employability. Purpose This study explores the influence of core self-evaluation (CSE) on students’ academic self-efficacy, anxiety and interpersonal responses. It investigates how internal beliefs impact success among Chinese higher education students. Design/methodology/approach A qualitative research design was employed, using semi-structured interviews with 30 students from various disciplines at H University. The thematic analysis utilized to interpret data. Findings findings suggest that levels CSE exhibit greater confidence can manage academic-related stress depression. Positive responses enhanced inner motivation, serving as a buffer against negative effects anxiety. Moreover, perceptions their emotional stability control contributed significantly resilience. Research limitations/implications is limited by its nature sample size, which restricted one university. These limitations may affect generalizability findings. Future could employ mixed-methods approach corroborate these across different cultural settings educational systems. Practical implications highlights importance supportive environment fosters positive self-evaluations enhance students' self-efficacy. Educational institutions should consider integrating psychological support mechanisms opportunities for developing skills within curricula. Considering the weakening of economy and shrinkage jobs under current global epidemic crisis, employment college graduates is facing unprecedented cruel competition. However, many students lack a reasonable understanding orientation themselves, which leads to them having high expectations for future careers not considering whether they are competent or not. Due ability self-confidence, appear be at loss hesitant when career choices. Therefore, purpose this study explore relationship between perfectionism, adaptability decision-making difficulties from both positive negative aspects.We sampled 400 in China used questionnaire obtain cross-sectional data through Perfectionism, Career Adaptability, Decision Difficulties scales. This explored using statistical analysis software such as SPSS AMOS results correlation mediating role analysis.College students' adaptability, were significantly correlated (p < 0.01). Positive perfectionism has predictive effect on difficulties, plays completely it (the direct -0.032, mediation -0.244, total -0.276.). Background Innovation plays a crucial role in advancing nursing and healthcare. Despite its significance, there is paucity of research examining the interplay among innovative behavior, core self-evaluation, error orientation, self-efficacy. This study, grounded Bandura’s social cognitive theory, seeks to not only investigate influence self-evaluation on nurses’ behavior but also elucidate mediating roles orientation self-efficacy within this relationship. By addressing these dynamics, aims provide comprehensive understanding factors shaping behaviors contribute broader discourse enhancing healthcare practices. Design A cross-sectional study using an online questionnaire. Setting Participants were recruited from 23 hospitals 6 provinces 1 municipality directly under central government China, namely Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Shanghai. total 741 nurses enrolled study. Methods The participants completed nurse scale, questionnaire, scale 2023. SPSS AMOS used for data analysis. reporting followed STROBE checklist.
