Women's health issues are complex and require collaborative efforts to unravel some of these complexities. Aims: Many studies have shown the effects of COVID-19 pandemic on postpartum depression (PPD) as a stressor. In addition, there been many changes in process, such vaccination and removal restrictions. However, few conducted psychological changing conditions. this study, we aimed to examine frequency PPD associated sociodemographic–obstetric factors mothers who gave birth or were last pregnancy period fourth wave pandemic. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 211 women underwent checkup between December 2021 August 2022. All had given passed part their pandemic. was measured using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). authors assessed sociodemographic obstetric characteristics with form. Amaç: Pandemi kaygısı ile anne bebek bağlanması ve postpartum depresyon arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla yapılan araştırma tanımlayıcı ilişki arayıcı tipte dizayn edilmiştir. Materyal-Metod: Araştırma aile sağlığı merkezlerinde Ocak 2022- Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında 413 yapılmıştır. verileri Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu (TBF), Edinburgh Doğum Sonrası Depresyon Ölçeği (EDDÖ), Anne-Bebek Bağlanma (ABBÖ) Koronavirüs Anksiyete (KAÖ) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Bulgular: da annelerin EDDÖ puan ortalaması 11.85±6.86, ABBÖ 3.48±3.92 KAÖ 3.77±5.18 olarak bulunmuştur. KAÖ’nin kesim puanı ≥ 5 alındığında annlerin %32’sinin; ≥9 ise %18.2’sinin koronavirüs anksiyetesine sahip olduğu; kesme noktasına göre (12) %52.1’inin pospartum açısından risk altında olduğu tespit Araştırmada ortalamaları istatistiksel anlamlı pozitif yönde zayıf bir Sonuç: Araştırmada; az kısmının anksiyetesi yaşadığı, yarısından fazlasının maternal bağlanma düzeylerinin iyi sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca pandemi kaygılarının oranlarını problem düzeyini artırdığı belirlenmiştir. İleriye yönelik ortaya çıkabilecek salgın durumlarında anksiyete, süreçlerine çalışma sonuçları değerlendirilerek yaşanan aksaklıkların önlenmesi için özellikle sağlık profesyonellerine uygun politikalar oluşturulmalıdır.
