Objective Although smart senior care services offer numerous benefits, they have not yet gained widespread acceptance among the general populace, particularly seniors. Numerous related issues surfaced, with structural imbalance between supply and demand being most prominent. Currently, there is a lack of research distinguishing various categories for ageing associated behaviors older individuals. In this study, we aimed to identify types utilization Chinese adults understand their diverse characteristics factors that facilitate certain behaviors. We also analyzed explored influencing it, thereby providing reference optimizing services. Methods conducted cross-sectional study from January March 2023 1037 valid questionnaires. Three were investigated: intelligent information, consultation, monitoring. identified demand, utilization, these Latent class analysis (LCA) was used differentiate heterogeneity in terms service utilization. Factors preferences using binary logistic regression based on Andersen's behavioral model. Results Based LCA findings, divided into two categories: positive (desire use services) or negative taking action The persons high but low comprised largest number people (69.35%). results indicated children (odds ratio (OR) = 1.491), community-provided devices (OR 1.700), chronic diseases 1.218), self-care capacity 0.214) are demand. Meanwhile, pre-retirement employment, income sources, community device provided, promotion, region, ability significant predictors (p < 0.05) outcome, situation had effect information Income sources monitoring Pre-retirement employment housing type variables showed IC Community promotion all three 0.05). Conclusion Older expressed strong services; however, difficulties technology remain serious problem. Further investigation how family support contributes perception needed. Specific policies, such as financial assistance, should be established use. Communities expand services, focusing enhancing digital health literacy seniors product Furthermore, personalized recommendations applications tailored physical conditions essential.
