In today's corporate landscape, optimizing performance has emerged as a formidable challenge for organizations, often hindered by barriers and psychological factors. The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between stress perception and achievement goals among rural college students in China. Using a two-wave random intercept cross-lagged model, analyzed data from longitudinal survey conducted at 15 public universities Beijing. Introduction Medical postgraduates generally experience high levels of depression and anxiety. Previous studies have investigated the impact various achievement motivations on depression/anxiety among medical students.
