Fear of missing out (FoMO) is a new type anxiety disorder in the context Internet, which has negative effects on physical and mental health behavior college students, such as Internet addiction, non-adaptive socializing, emotions. In order to investigate effect relative deprivation (RD) FoMO this study conducted moderated mediation model examine relationship between RD, FoMO, self-regulatory fatigue (SRF), personal belief just world (BJW). A total 956 students were surveyed RD Questionnaire, SRF Scale, Personal BJW Scale. The results showed follows: (1) College students' positively predicted SRF. (2) partially mediated link FoMO. (3) that is, when high, stronger predictive help reveal influence mechanism also show reducing improving self-control ability, cultivating rational can effectively prevent
