Background: The genus Astragalus is renowned for its diverse bioactive potential, yet the chemical composition and biological properties of melanophrurius remain inadequately explored. This study aimed to investigate profile, antioxidant capacity, enzyme inhibitory activities methanol extracts from various plant parts A. melanophrurius. Methods: Methanol were obtained leaves, stems, flowers, roots, aerial portions was determined using LC-ESI-MS/MS, focusing on key phytochemicals such as hyperoside, kaempferol, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, chlorogenic acid. Antioxidant assessed via DPPH, ABTS, FRAP assays, while evaluated against α-amylase tyrosinase. In silico molecular docking analyses conducted explore interactions between major compounds target enzymes. Results: leaf extract exhibited highest total phenolic flavonoid contents, correlating with superior activities, achieving IC50 values 16.55 mg/mL, 4.58 3.07 mg/mL in respectively. root demonstrated notable (IC50 = 2.99 mg/mL) tyrosinase 1.34 suggesting potential applications diabetes hyperpigmentation management. Molecular revealed stable complexes hyperoside kaempferol enzymes, supporting their roles observed bioactivities. Conclusions: highlights bioactivity extracts, particularly leaves therapeutic potential. Future research should focus isolating active conducting vivo studies confirm efficacy elucidate mechanisms action.
