Research on group care has yielded conflicting results, creating a gap in understanding the impact of youth child welfare system. One perspective often missing is workers involved daily congregate care. This study adds to limited research this area by exploring perspectives 22 how improve for adolescents US questions addressed participants' views about adolescents' needs care, strategies employed address these needs, and suggestions improving system more generally.
