Many Chinese rivers are polluted with multiple pollutants. Therefore, this study aims to quantify the annual inputs of nutrients, macro-and microplastics, and Cryptosporidium (a pathogen) 395 from agriculture urbanization-related sources during 2010–2050 following storyline Shared Socio-economic Pathway 3 Representative Concentration 8.5. Our model estimates that pollutants in projected increase by 41–88 % between 2010 2050. Central, eastern, southern sub-basins may be more future. In half sub-basins, at least two types expected over 50 2010–2050. By 2050, nutrients plastics 70 due urbanization. For increases 49–88 projected, agricultural activities. contrast, water is get cleaner some western 2050 because fewer human insights about could help prioritize pollution reduction strategies for sub-basins.
