Intelligent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials with adjustable properties and performances are garnering significant attention due to the escalating complexity of application scenarios for electronic devices. Also, trend miniaturization is calling lightweight multifunctional materials. Here, preparation highly aligned carbon nanofiber film (a-CNFF) by electrospinning technology a two-stage carbonization process proposed, in which pressurization strategy promotes development fiber network structures. The serialized anisotropic structures exhibit an impressive tunability EMI effectiveness (SE) from 23.0 35.6 dB linearly polarized waves, superior specific SE value (SSE/t) 34 000 cm2 g-1, per unit thickness 5791 cm-1. Moreover, under low load voltage 1.6 V, peak temperature can be tuned within wide range 49.2-120.6 °C.
