The simultaneous detection of multiple bioanalytes with similar structures has been a long-standing challenge for biological research and disease diagnosis. Bioreceptor-inspired sensor arrays provide an attractive competitive solution addressing this challenge, but applying technique to biosensing in practical application scenarios is complicated by many factors such as the lack robust probes, interference from matrix, difficulty on-site analysis. In work, taking advantage intrinsic fluorescence enzyme-mimic properties gold nanoclusters (AuNCs), we report design innovative ratiometric array toward enhanced fluorescent visual biosensing. With biologically important phosphates example, show that present clusterzyme-based could effectively discriminate detect eight types phosphates. particular, AuNCs three different emission colors (blue, green, red) good peroxidase-mimic were employed sensing units, presence affected both enzymatic activity these AuNCs, yielding distinct optical responses manner. Moreover, portable was established further integrating clusterzymes into hydrogel which visually identify based on their color changes. Consequently, point-of-care diagnosis urinary tract infections at levels achieved analyzing microbial ATP via strategy. This study illustrates great potential promising platform

Abstract The efficient capture and monitor of radioactive iodine are crucial for managing nuclear waste protecting human health. Herein, three metal–organic coordination compound‐mediated supramolecular organic frameworks (MSOFs) reported with distinct electron‐rich structures fluorescence response. adsorption sites play roles electron‐deficient via charge transfer interactions, where π donors contribute greater than nitrogen heteroatom. Among MSOFs, MSOF‐3 the maximum numbers exhibited highest uptake capacity (3.70 g mmol −1 ). Prominently, interactions between MSOFs result in response during uptake, establishing a real‐time monitoring system. To facilitate personal health protection toward practical application, mask high removal efficiency (99.1%) is successfully developed. This study underscores great promise fluorescent sensing iodine, offering substantial prospects advance protective equipment industry.
