Abstract Background Lung cancer remains a leading type, but current chemotherapy is limited by issues including poor drug delivery, toxicity, and resistance. To address these challenges, we developed novel PLGA-PEG-LHRH (PPL) nanoconjugate system for improved delivery. Curcumin, known its anticancer P-gp inhibition properties, was co-loaded with bcl2siRNA (bclsR) to inhibit the bcl2 protein, thus overcoming both resistance mechanisms. Results The PPL conjugate successfully synthesized characterized using FTIR, 1 H NMR, XRD, XPS BCA assay. Curcumin bclsR-loaded PLGA nanoemulsions were prepared double emulsion solvent evaporation method characterized. optimized had size of 179 ± 16 nm, favorable zeta potential, high entrapment, confirmed via TEM. Controlled release studies indicated 83% within 24 h. In vitro revealed significant cytotoxicity against A549 lung cells, showing IC50 8.24 µg/mL compared 21.26 plain curcumin. Enhanced cellular uptake effective targeting cells observed. Molecular analyses demonstrated downregulation MDR1 Bcl2 RNA protein expression, highlighting nanoconjugates' ability suppress Pharmacokinetic in Wistar rats showed superior plasma concentrations, half-life, AUC versus pure suspension. Exercise is one of the most important activities for every individual due to its proven health beneficials. Several investigations have highlighted advantageous impacts aerobic exercise, largely attributed capacity enhance body's capability defend against threats oxidative stress. The information currently accessible suggests that adding regular exercise a daily routine greatly decreases chances developing serious cancer and passing away. An unevenness in levels free radicals antioxidant defenses, made up enzyme non-enzyme antioxidants, results pressure. Generally, an imbalance stress triggers creation harmful reactive oxygen or nitrogen compounds, causing development progression numerous ailments, including cancer. equilibrium between pro-oxidant substances direct indicator this imbalance. Green tea derivatives are rich sources bioactive such as flavonoids polyphenols which possess abilities. Moreover, modulation epigenetic targets well inflammatory pathways ERK1/2 NF-κB other proposed mechanisms activity. Recent studies demonstrate promise green antioxidant, showing ability decrease likelihood by impacting actions like cell growth, blood vessel formation, spread cells. This summary will concentrate on complex network different related physical activity consumption tea. In particular, focus research be examining how contributes investigating potential properties tea, interconnected relationship treatment Elucidation these would help scientists better therapeutic further increase current anticancer agents efficiency.

Pyrus ussuriensis, also known as Ussurian pear, is a deciduous tree from the Rosaceae family. This study examined phytochemical profiles and antioxidant activities of different parts (1-year-old stem, 2-year-old leaves) ussuriensis Maxim. P. var. ovoidea. The analysis included measurements total polyphenol content (TPC), flavonoid (TFC), evaluations 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS+) radical scavenging activities. Quantitative analyses were conducted using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) high-performance chromatography (HPLC/UV). with one-way ANOVA indicated significant differences in TPC TFC across tissues, stems exhibiting highest leaves showing both Among structures, exhibited TPC, whereas ovoidea displayed stronger activity than ussuriensis. LC-MS/MS detected 18 phytochemicals, chlorogenic acid being most abundant, especially leaf extracts, confirmed HPLC/UV analyses. cultivar-based comparison highlights tissue-specific distribution bioactive compounds, primarily contributing to high polyphenolic content. Collectively, these findings provide valuable insights into rich diversity potential cultivars, highlighting their versatility various fields.

Polyphenols have been shown to be utilized as an effective treatment for cancer by acting a DNMT or HDAC inhibitor, reducing inflammatory processes, and causing cell cycle arrest. While there many studies demonstrating the anti-cancerous potential of individual polyphenols, are limited on combinatorial effects polyphenols. This review focuses how combinations different polyphenols can used chemotherapeutic option patients. Specifically, we examine three commonly polyphenols: curcumin, resveratrol, epigallocatechin gallate. These induce apoptosis, prevent colony formation migration, increase tumor suppression, reduce viability angiogenesis, create several epigenetic modifications. In addition, these were synergistic additive. Thus, findings suggest that using at appropriate concentrations better more efficacious against compared individually.
