Ijen geopark is one of Indonesia's geoparks, which located in East Java. A total 153 bacteria have been isolated from Pelangi Forest, were then given the isolate code IHP. These bacterial isolates can be utilized industries, including organic matter decomposer agents, plant biocontrol and probiotics. To ensure these are safe to use various fields, they must non-disease-causing (non-pathogenic). Safety evaluations based on hemolysis reactions offer simple tests ease analysis potential pathogenic bacteria. The study aimed evaluate safety Forest for their reactions. test was conducted using blood agar media, with a negative (λ) reaction. Based results tests, 30 out (19.60%) found proceed analysis.

Clarifying the relationship between soil microorganisms and plant-soil system is crucial for encouraging sustainable development of ecosystems, as serve a variety functional roles in system. In this work, influence mechanisms significant microbial groups on their applications environmental remediation over previous 30 years were reviewed using systematic literature review (SLR) methodology. The findings demonstrated that: (1) There has been general upward trend number publications microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, archaea. (2) Bacteria fungi plant growth through organic matter decomposition, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium element dissolution, symbiotic relationships, hormone production, pathogen inhibition, resistance induction. Archaea aid plants by breaking down low-molecular-weight matter, participating cycles, producing hormones, suppressing infections. (3) Microorganism principles are utilized remediation, biofertilizer denitrification, phosphorus removal, effectively reducing pollution, preventing invasion, protecting vegetation health, promoting growth. three important collectively regulate ecosystem help maintain its relative stability. This work systematically summarizes systems, providing theoretical reference how to control microbes order restore damaged ecosystems enhance resilience future.

Plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) are endowed with several attributes that can be beneficial for host plants. They opened myriad doors toward green technology approach to reduce the use of chemical inputs, improve soil fertility, and promote plants’ health. However, many these PGPB harbor antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). Less attention has been given multi-resistant bacterial bioinoculants which may transfer their ARGs native microbial communities other environmental reservoirs including animals, waters, humans. Therefore, large-scale inoculation crops by ARGs-harboring could worsen evolution dissemination aggravate negative impacts on such ecosystem ultimately public Their introduction into serve as invasion inter food chain. In this review, we underscore plant-associated bacteria, criticize lack consideration phenomenon in screening application processes, provide some recommendations well a regulation framework relating development bacteria-based biofertilizers aid maximizing value applications crop improvement while reducing risks invasion.

Microbial compost plays a crucial role in improving soil health, fertility, and plant biomass. These biofertilizers, based on microorganisms, offer numerous benefits such as enhanced nutrient acquisition (N, P, K), production of hydrogen cyanide (HCN), control pathogens through induced systematic resistance. Additionally, they promote the phytohormones, siderophore, vitamins, protective enzymes, antibiotics, further contributing to sustainability optimal agricultural productivity. The escalating generation organic waste from farm operations poses significant threats environment fertility. Simultaneously, excessive utilization chemical fertilizers achieve high crop yields results detrimental impacts structure To address these challenges, sustainable agriculture system that ensures fertility minimal ecological impact is imperative. composts, developed by incorporating characterized plant-growth-promoting bacteria or fungal strains into derived waste, promising solution. with selected microbial capable thriving compost, an eco-friendly, cost-effective, alternative for practices. In this review article, we explore potential composts viable strategy growth environmental safety. By harnessing microorganisms can pave way foster healthier relationship between soil, plants, environment.

Abstract Sustainable increase in agriculture productivity is confronted by over‐reliance and over‐use of synthetic chemical fertilizers. With a market projection $5.02 billion 2030, biofertilizers are gaining momentum as supplement and, some cases, an alternative to Biofertilizers can improve the nutritional supply plant simultaneously soil health, reduce greenhouse emissions, hence directly contribute towards environmental sustainability. Plant growth‐promoting microbes (PGPMs) particularly receiving significant attention biofertilizers. They widely known for their ability growth via increasing nutrient availability use efficiency. However, except few successful commercialization PGPM‐based inoculants still limited, mainly due lack field efficacy consistency. Lack effective formulation technologies that keep microbial viable during storage, transport application considered one key factors drive inconsistent In this review, we identify current challenges associated with inoculants. We propose future paths, including advancement potentially efficient, eco‐friendly cost‐effective. argue enhance global adoption biofertilizers, new innovations based on transdisciplinary approaches indispensable.
