The article deals with the actual problem of optimising production fodder for farm animals by using secondary raw materials meat industry. aim work was to study possibility low-value and industry create protein-mineral-vitamin supplements (PMVD) assess their effect on feed quality animal performance. conducted experiments included selection analysis materials, development BMVD formulations, pilot batches use specialised equipment, as well evaluation influence mixed fodders efficiency feeding different types animals. It found that bone residues, cartilage tendons are valuable sources protein, fats minerals. developed formulations contained optimal proportions cereals, amino acids vitamins. carried out a technological line including flour mixer, extruder, dryer application machine. Extrusion contributed improvement protein digestibility. in diets led an increase egg hens, weight gain pigs, reduced costs increased digestibility nutrients, confirming prospects this direction.
