Spray drying of poorly water-soluble drugs in organic solvents is a mature process the preparation amorphous solids dispersions (ASDs). In this work, ammonia assisted aqueous was successfully used to prepare various indomethacin (25%) with synthetic polyvinylpyrrolidone β-lactoglobulin, lactalbumin hydrolysate, bovine serum albumin, high yields, special micro golfs morphology, precise compositions longtime stabilities, compared high-temperature method. hydrolysate albumin show better dissolution profiles than other ASDs. easily extended sulfamerazine celecoxib, providing possibility avoid preparations via drying.

This study investigates the encapsulation efficiency and physicochemical properties of black elderberry pomace powders obtained by a spray-drying process employing maltodextrin gum arabic as encapsulating agents. The formulations SD 1 to 6 were prepared in different ratios, from 100% (SD 1) 6). yield (EY) ranged 75.36% 83.84%, with achieving highest EY 83.84%. Particle size analysis revealed average sizes between 1.73 μm 2.20 μm, 2 showing uniform distribution.
