As the foundation of nutritious foods lies in soil, consumption crops grown contaminated soils may pose an elevated risk health issues through soil-plant-human pathway. The impact heavy metals (HMs) and metalloids on physiological biochemical responses plants can have adverse effects both growth yield. excessive accumulation these substances plant tissues poses a significant challenge to public health. HMs possess capability not only function as carcinogens but also act co-carcinogens, thereby activating specific chemical compounds. According World Health Organization (WHO) reports, target values, representing desirable maximum concentrations follow order: Cr>Pb>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cd. This implies that Cd highest potential risk, given its value 0.8 mg/kg, while Cr carries lowest with 100 mg/kg. Various agricultural management practices are recognized pathways induce soil surrounding environment. Hence, understanding origin status environment, along assessing their risks developing strategies mitigate risks, becomes crucial. study aims evaluate different facets soil-human continuum concerning potentially toxic metals.

Using the inherent capacity of soil to meet nutritional needs plants is considered an efficient and environmentally friendly solution. In order study survival different phosphate-solubilizing fungi in combinations rock phosphate organic matter as basis biofertilizer with aim producing effective formula biological phosphorus granular fertilizer, this was conducted a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design three replications. For purpose, after isolating fungal strains from agricultural soils regions Iran (Fars, Kermanshah Razavi Khorasan provinces), superior high growth stimulating capability were selected for bio-fertilizer formulation determination survival. [including Talaromyces pinophilus strain 1FB, T. MFA, verruculosus PF157-2 Aspergillus tubingensis PF140-2], six levels carrier including 100% phosphate, 80% + 20% matter, 60% 40%, 40% 10% 90% used temperature (28, 40 50 °C) during eight time periods (15 days, 30 45 60 75 90 105 days 120 days) under incubation condition. The results showed that longer survival, instruction Soil Water Research Institute, Karaj, Iran, minimum acceptable number solubilizing granulated microbial fertilizer included each isolates (respectively PF 157-2 > 140-2 MFA≫ 1FB), at least 28 or °C may be developed recommended environment-friendly source phosphorus.
