Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) represent a category of crystalline materials formed by the combination metal ions or clusters with organic linkers, which have emerged as prominent research focus in field photocatalysis. Owing to their distinctive characteristics, including structural diversity and configurations, significant porosity, an extensive specific surface area, they provide flexible foundation for various potential applications In recent years, researchers tackled many issues MOF-based photocatalytic yield. However, limited light adsorption regions, lack active sites species, insufficient efficiency photogenerated charge carrier separation substantially hinder performance. this review, we summarized strategies improve performance developments achieved MOF photocatalysis, water splitting, CO2 conversion, degradation pollutants, nitrogen fixation into ammonia. conclusion, existing challenges prospective advancements photocatalysis are also discussed.

Abstract Tactile sensors have garnered considerable interest for their capacity to detect and quantify tactile information. The incorporation of microstructural designs into flexible has emerged as a potent strategy augment sensitivity pressure variations, thereby enhancing linearity, response spectrum, mechanical robustness. This review underscores the imperative progress in microstructured sensors. Subsequently, discourse transitions prevalent materials employed fabrication sensor electrodes, encapsulation layers, active sensing mediums, elucidating merits limitations. In‐depth discussions are devoted adorned with microstructures, including but not limited to, micropyramids, microhemispheres, micropillars, microporous configurations, microcracks, topological interconnections, multilevel constructs, random roughness, biomimetic microstructures inspired by flora fauna, accompanied exemplar studies from each category. Moreover, utility within realm intelligent environments is explicated, highlighting application monitoring physiological signals, detection sliding motions, discernment surface textures. culminates critical examination paramount challenges predicaments that must be surmounted further development enhance functional performance sensors, paving way integration advanced sensory systems.

Crystalline lanthanide terephthalates, Ln2bdc3‧nH2O (Ln = La–Lu, excluding Pm), were synthesized using a surfactant-free, ultrasound-assisted method. This approach yielded microcrystals with diverse shapes and sizes ranging from 2 to 10 μm. Notably, under these conditions, lutetium terephthalate uniquely crystallized as Lu2(1,4-bdc)3·2.5H2O, while the remaining lanthanides formed tetrahydrate Ln2bdc3‧4H2O La–Nd, Sm–Yb).
