The study aimed to examine the effects of dietary supplementation with microencapsulated butyric acid (EBA) and yeast culture (YC) in broiler diets. A total 450 Ross-308 chicks were selected randomly allocated five treatments six replicates (15 birds per replicate) a complete block design. experimental diets included following treatments: (1) Negative control (NC) basal diet without any additives. (2) Positive (PC) + 0.2 g/kg enramycin. (3) EBA, 0.3 EBA. (4) YC, 1 YC. (5) EBA+YC, EBA results indicated non-significant effect on feed intake (FI) during experiment periods. However, EBA+YC treatment exhibited significantly increased body weight gain (BWG), better conversion ratio (FCR), enhanced carcass traits (p < 0.05) compared other treatments. significant was observed for immune organ weights ND titters. Villus height (VH) villus height-to-crypt depth (VH: CD) noted across all Ileal microbial analysis revealed lower count E. coli Salmonella ileal digesta chickens NC group 0.05). In conclusion, supplement positively influences broiler’s performance, characteristics, gut health, status over group. More pronounced improvements obtained from group, indicating that YC had synergistic broilers.
