Abstract
Using
a
trustworthy
electrochemical
sensor
in
the
detection
of
urea
real
blood
samples
received
great
attention
these
days.
A
thin
layer
nickel-coated
nickel-manganese
(Ni@NiMn)
is
electrodeposited
on
glassy
carbon
electrode
(GC)
(Ni@NiMn/GC)
surface
and
used
to
construct
for
detection.
Whereas,
electrodeposition
considered
as
strong
technique
controllable
synthesis
nanoparticles.
Thus,
X-ray
diffraction
(XRD),
atomic
force
microscope
(AFM),
scanning
electron
(SEM)
techniques
were
characterize
produced
electrode.
AFM
SEM
pictures
revealed
additional
details
about
morphology,
which
homogenous
smooth
coating.
Furthermore,
research
was
carried
out
alkaline

utilizing
various
methods,
including
cyclic
voltammetry

spectroscopy

that

good
performance,
