Purpose: The study explores the complex relationship between environmental degradation, healthcare expenditure and health outcomes in Caucasus region Russia 2000 2020. Methodology: We employ ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) Granger causality analyses to assess impact of greenhouse gas emissions on quality life indicators Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia. Findings: Our results reveal a significant lasting carbon dioxide methane expenditures, but we did not find clear causal link indicators. This points an intricate correlation factors systems. Implications: emphasize need for sustainable development strategies that effectively address both challenges. Originality: fills critical gap existing literature intersection economics public health. It offers valuable insights policymakers grappling with dual challenges degradation management.
