ChatGPT has undoubtedly been one of the sensational artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots, riveting international scholars from diverse disciplines. In an effort to contribute its curricular integration or explore impacts on pedagogical integration, this study analyzed content Master’s theses stored in Council Higher Education’s (CoHE) National Thesis Center (NTC) and written by Turkish authors field education training. The analysis included (i) documentary characteristics, (ii) methodological properties, (iii) research topics, (iv) main findings. first unit revealed institutional, provincial, regional, collegiate variations, albeit a relatively low number theses. A relevant finding was absence doctoral dissertations ChatGPT. second indicated need for more robustness variety designing third shed light under-researched topics training, as well other fields. last showcased ChatGPT’s manifold applications across different departments, notwithstanding voiced concerns. Overall, illuminates prospective through findings bridges significant literature gap.
