This paper presents the numerical analysis of influence air flow rate on porous structure development activated carbons prepared from macadamia nut shells. The analyses based nitrogen and carbon dioxide isotherms were carried out by new clustering-based adsorption method. Therefore, it was possible to evaluate with high precision reliability. In particular, results obtained showed that at an 700 cm3/min has highest capacity respect this adsorbate, but surface heterogeneity. On other hand, towards is sample 500 cm3/min. conducted have shown too causes a violent oxidation reaction, leading uncontrolled burning carbonaceous substance destruction smallest micropores.

The current study delves into the transformative effects of intensive grinding to nanoscale upon oxidized phosphate rocks (PRs) various grades, high (HMP), medium (MMP) and low (LMP) micro-sizes. Hence, consequences these changes on phosphorous dissolution rate fractions using acetic acid, were carefully evaluated. produced (HNP) (MNP) grades nano-sized revealed significant in their chemical composition, mineralogical, morphological geometrical properties. Whereas grade, LNP, was moderately changed. HNP MNP exhibited a remarkable increase structural disorder (slight broadening reflections) Loss Ignition (LOI) contents (10.62 13 wt.%, orderly), surpassing counterparts (HMP: 6.04 MMP: 10.92 wt.%). Despite reduction P 2 O 5 contents, (31.23 wt.% (24.22 wt.%), astoundingly outperformed micro-sized equivalents 35.70 27.92 wt.%) dissolution. The current study introduces groundbreaking insights into how organic matter (OM) of the black phosphate (RB-Ph) uniquely influences phosphorus (P) solubility during acetic acid (AA) leaching, expanding our understanding in this crucial area. To highlight such role, OM RB-Ph was treated separately by different procedures including calcination at 550 ℃/4 h (CB-Ph), 30% hydrogen peroxide (HB-Ph) and intensive grinding to nano-sizes (NB-Ph). mineralogical, chemical morphological characteristics phosphatic non-phosphatic components these materials were carefully examined pre- post-treatment via techniques. ABSTRACT The rapid expansion of textile industries has contributed significantly to non‐biodegradable waste generation, presenting a global environmental challenge. Additionally, from the mining industry, such as chrysotile serpentine, contributes this issue. Therefore, study investigates possibility recycling polyamide 6 combined with serpentine produce nanotextile fabric‐based composite (NTF‐BC). This highlights significance sustainable techniques in management specifically within industry. was intensively pulverized into nanoscale particles eliminate its hazardous fibrous nature and facilitate electrospinning process. Comprehensive characterization conducted using various analytical including XRD, XRF, FT‐IR, SEM, BET, DMA, explore properties prepared fabrics function parameters (Ctl.Sp concentration, spinning distance, applied voltage, flow rate.). SEM analysis indicated optimal fabrication conditions for smoother more homogeneous NTF‐BC at Ctl.Sp concentration 7.5%, voltage 20 kV, distance 15 cm, rate 1 mL/h. XRD FT‐IR analyses showed that increasing ratio, negatively affected sample crystallinity favored α‐form over γ‐form. In terms DMA characteristics, ratio positively impacted E ′ values, minimal influence rate. Notably, highest geometric (i.e., S BET V t ) fabricated were attained lowest 5%.
