Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) have been reported to increase phosphate (P) content and plant growth. Their application in agricultural systems is an eco-friendly alternative strategy for limiting negative environmental impact of chemical fertilizers increasing costs. Therefore, the aim this study was isolate characterize new putative PSB use as inoculum enhance growth P bioavailability soil. Sixteen were isolated from Moroccan oat rhizosphere screened their P-solubilization by semi-quantitative agar spot method. The two strains MS1B15 MS1B13, identified Streptomyces roseocinereus natalensis, respectively, showed maximum solubilization index (PSI = 1.75 PSI 1.63). After quantitative assay determine activity, S. selected evaluating its promotion activities including production siderophores, indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) amino-cyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase, nitrogen fixation antimicrobial activity against soil-borne pathogens. Under greenhouse condition, barley plants inoculated with significantly increased shoot ear length well available phosphorus ears leaves N contents Overall results that strain could represent a potential candidate biofertilizer uptake.
