Full-scan data acquisition negative ion mode.In study pharmacodynamics, effect is than that ethanol extract more remarkable decoction. measured all have good linear relationship within their respective ranges (r ≥ 0.9990); average recovery rates are 98.86%-100.69%, RSD <2.90%. Introduction: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a fatal myocardial condition with ventricular structural changes and functional deficits, leading to systolic dysfunction heart failure (HF). DCM frequent complication in oncologic patients receiving Doxorubicin (Dox). Dox highly cardiotoxic drug, whereas its damaging spectrum affects most of the organs by multiple pathogenic cascades. Experimentally reproduced DCM/HF through administrations has shed light on drivers cardiotoxicity. Growth hormone (GH) releasing peptide 6 (GHRP-6) GH secretagogue expanding promising cardioprotective pharmacological properties. Here we examined whether GHRP-6 administration concomitant prevented onset damages otherwise healthy rats. Methods: Myocardial were sequentially evaluated transthoracic echocardiography. Alzheimer's disease (AD) poses a major worldwide health challenge because of its profound impact on cognitive abilities and overall well-being. Despite extensive research numerous clinical trials, therapeutic options remain limited. Our study aimed to investigate the potential Kelulut honey (KH) as novel agent for addressing multifactorial pathology AD. Senescence is a major inductive factor of aging-related diseases in connection with an accumulation reactive oxygen species (ROS). Because the defects direct application SOD and mimics, mounting delivery systems have been developed for efficient applications realize antioxidant treatment. Among these systems, mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) widely studied because various advantages such as desirable stability, low toxicity, adjustable particle sizes. Herein, was immobilized on MSNs using physical absorption strategy construct nanosystem SOD@MSN. The nematode Caenorhabditis elegans ( C. ) selected model organism subsequent anti-aging studies. research results suggested could not only be effectively internalized by but also protect external stress, thus extending lifespan healthspan SOD@MSN applied promising medicine therapeutics.
