During
the

biodiversity
endophytes
from
Cameroon,
fungal
strain

fungal
order
comprising
species
that
predominantly
inhabit
plant
tissues,
being
pathogens,
endophytes,

Recent
studies
have
uncovered
extensive
diversity
across
various
hosts,

morphological
characteristics

phylogenetic
analyses.

study,
samples

leaf
spots

were
collected
from

Abstract
Hypocreomycetidae
is
a
highly
diverse
group
with
species
from
various
habitats.
This
subclass
has
been
reported
as
pathogenic,
endophytic,
parasitic,
saprobic,
fungicolous,
lichenicolous,
algicolous,
coprophilous
and
insect
fungi
aquatic
terrestrial
In
this
study,
we
focused
on
freshwater
