This is the seventh in a series of Mycosphere notes which we provide on collection fungi isolated from various hosts.In this set notes, introduce Pseudophialocephala as new genus, nine species, 27 host or country records and five combinations.The species are Ceratosphaeria yunnanensis, Cytospora salicis-albae, Gymnopus bunerensis, Kalmusia cordylines, Leucoagaricus croceus, laosensis, Neopyrenochaeta shaoguanica, cuneata Robillarda aquatica.Pseudophialocephala humicola, aquatica, salinicola, terricola xalapensis introduced combinations.We molecular data for 43 belonging to two phyla, three classes 15 orders.Updated phylogenetic trees 22 families (Agaricaceae, Botryosphaeriaceae, Chaetosphaeriaceae, Coniochaetaceae,

The fungal genus Nigrospora is known to be a plant pathogen, endophyte, and saprobe, it usually isolated from various substrates like soil air. During the surveys of fungi in Hebei Province China, two isolates were obtained. A multi-locus phylogeny combined loci 5.8S nuclear ribosomal gene with flanking transcribed spacers (ITS), part translation elongation factor 1-alpha (tef1), beta-tubulin (tub2) loci, conjunction morphological characters used identify newly collected isolates. humicola sp. Nov. described proposed herein, which differs its phylogenetically close species N. chinensis globosa by sequences ITS, tef1, tub2.
