Cortinarius species are widely distributed in the world and constitute a diverse group of ectomycorrhizal fungi that associated with broad range plant hosts. The diversity this genus has been investigated China, but it remains poorly understood, especially subtropical region. In study, one new section, six novel species, combination, name, record reported from China based on morphological molecular evidences. lilacinicarpus, C. sinocalaisopus, sinosalor, vividus spp. nov., orientisalor nom. illibatus typical section Delibuti. macroflavicapus sp. nov. belongs to Macroflavicapi sect. subgenus Dermocybe. tianbaoyanensis dryadicola comb. belong Spilomei. Detailed descriptions, basidiocarps, microscopic photographs provided for these species. addition, leptospermorum Pauperae Dermocybe is proposed.

The genus Diaporthe encompasses important plant pathogens, endophytes, and saprobes that are widely distributed in tropical temperate regions. An accurate detection identification of pathogens not only allows correct disease diagnosis but also increases the accuracy taxonomic ambiguities for fungal-plant interactions purposes. Multi-omics approaches applied to this may represent valuable tools unravel molecular mechanisms involved infection processes. Additionally, omics can provide adaptation patterns make thrive under changing environmental conditions, insights into dual pathogen-endophyte lifestyle. Therefore, all published data covered literature review represents an contribution deepen knowledge on importance interactions. This accumulating evidence will speed up research formulating new strategies control pathologies, assist exploitation endophytes their function hosts, underline factors fungal pathogenicity endophytism Diaporthe.

The South China Botanical Garden (SCBG), one of the largest and oldest botanical gardens in China, conserves important plant germplasms endangered species. Therefore, ensuring tree health studying associated mycobiome phyllosphere is essential to maintaining its visual aesthetics. During a survey plant-associated microfungal species SCBG, we collected several coelomycetous taxa. Phylogenetic relationships were evaluated based on analyses ITS, LSU, RPB2, β-tubulin loci. morphological features new collections compared with those existing species, emphasizing close phylogenetic affinities. Based comparisons multi-locus phylogeny, introduce three These are Ectophoma phoenicis sp. nov., Remotididymella fici-microcarpae Stagonosporopsis pedicularis-striatae nov. In addition, describe host record for Allophoma tropica Didymellaceae. Detailed descriptions illustrations provided along notes comparing allied
