Cortinarius

The
genus
Diaporthe
encompasses
important
plant
pathogens,
endophytes,
and
saprobes
that
are
widely
distributed
in
tropical
temperate
regions.
An
accurate
detection
identification
of
pathogens
not
only
allows
correct
disease
diagnosis
but
also
increases
the
accuracy
taxonomic
ambiguities
for
fungal-plant
interactions
purposes.
Multi-omics
approaches
applied
to
this
may
represent
valuable
tools
unravel
molecular
mechanisms
involved
infection
processes.
Additionally,
omics
can
provide
adaptation
patterns
make
thrive
under
changing
environmental
conditions,
insights
into
dual
pathogen-endophyte
lifestyle.
Therefore,
all
published
data
covered
literature
review
represents
an
contribution
deepen
knowledge
on
importance
interactions.
This
accumulating
evidence
will
speed
up
research
formulating
new
strategies
control
pathologies,
assist
exploitation
endophytes
their
function
hosts,

The
South
China
Botanical
Garden
(SCBG),
one
of
the
largest
and
oldest
botanical
gardens
in
China,
conserves
important
plant
germplasms
endangered
species.
Therefore,
ensuring
tree
health
studying
associated
mycobiome
phyllosphere
is
essential
to
maintaining
its
visual
aesthetics.
During
a
survey
plant-associated
microfungal
species
SCBG,
we
collected
several
coelomycetous
taxa.
Phylogenetic
relationships
were
evaluated
based
on
analyses
ITS,
LSU,
RPB2,
β-tubulin
loci.
