Sordariomycetes species are abundant in woody litter samples. In this study, we introduce two novel species, Diaporthe thailandica (Diaporthaceae) and Occultitheca chiangraiensis (Xylariaceae), from materials. We also describe a new host record of D. tulliensis geographical for melonis. All collections were identified based on morphology phylogenetic analyses combined datasets. The morphologies the taxa fit generic concepts , respectively. formed sister clade with raonikayaporum but differs sizes conidiomata, conidiogenous cells, beta conidia. by absence gamma taxon O. rosae having smaller ascomata thicker mucilaginous sheath. provide synopsis details their morphology, host, country.
