2. Abstract Spill over of SARs-CoV-2 into a variety wild and domestic animals has been an ongoing feature the human pandemic. The establishment new reservoir in white tailed deer North America increasing divergence viruses circulating them from those population highlighted risk this poses for global health. Some parts world have seen more intensive monitoring wildlife species SARS-CoV-2 related coronaviruses but there are still very large gaps geographical species-specific information. This paper reports negative results PCR based testing using pan coronavirus end point RDRP Sarbecovirus specific E gene qPCR on lung or gut tissue Indian State Kerala. Green infrastructure (GI) has been increasingly associated with urban flood resilience as it provides benefits in protecting communities from dangers and improving socio-economic capabilities. In order to optimize the GI advantages, is necessary engage strategic prioritizing of implementation areas, considering local conditions. Despite a growing interest connecting resilience, there still lack strategic-oriented planning models aimed at enhancing resilience. This study introduced Flood Resilience-based Urban Infrastructure Site Priority (FRUGISP) model, which employs GIS-based multi-criteria assessment determine regions that should be prioritized for systems, based on their levels. The model was used map priority areas Monterrey, Mexico, Brussels, Belgium. distinct features, both cities face challenges. results showed utmost importance index land availability implementation. potential applied other grappling issues, providing guidance decision-makers selecting high-priority locations projects. approach can effectively address difficulties posed by floods, ensuring areas.

India is the world's second largest populous nation, fifth economy with seventh geographical area but experiences high energy poverty. With lowest per capita consumption among top ten economies, ranks at 137 out of 218 nations. Hydropower has potential to alleviate India's asymmetry as well realize its sustainable growth aspiration a low-carbon regime. However, hydropower in been plagued by debates on human displacement, loss biodiversity, increased risk natural disasters, and socio-economic conflicts making it an unpopular alternative. Here, we review address various concerns related sector, examine scientific evidence, analyze policy imperatives, geopolitical considerations, future directions for context ongoing climate change. Evidence indicates that besides electricity generation, infrastructure helps: (i) avert floods, (ii) mitigate impacts global warming, (iii) ensure redistribution water arid regions improve security. As part policy, propose most ecological social problems associated development can be avoided great extent through careful planning, proper project design, responsible ownership, public participation. short-term measures, propose: entrepreneurs planners follow credible transparent pre-project investigations, mandatory implementation environmental management plans, better accountability transparency statutory bodies developers. For long-term suggest: create 'National Institute Energy & Environmental Sustainability' oversee post-project developmental activities, streamline bureaucratic institutional procedures, establish trans-boundary system seamless coordinated programs across upstream-downstream
