The South China Sea is rich in cone snail resources, known for producing conotoxins with diverse biological activities such as analgesic, anticancer, and insecticidal effects. In this study, five vermivorous samples were collected from the their crude venom was extracted to investigate variations components activities, aiming identify highly active further research. Cluster analysis using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) fingerprints mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) gene sequences revealed that diversity of across different conotoxin species genetically correlated. Activity assays demonstrated all venoms exhibited lethal effects on insects zebrafish. Notably, Conus quercinus showed highest activity an LD50 0.6 μg/mg, while C. tessellatus most potent zebrafish lethality 0.2 μg/mg. Furthermore, four toxicity against ovarian cancer cells, only caracteristicu displayed significant analgesic activity. This study systematically identifies promising insecticidal, properties, paving way development utilization resources offering a novel approach advancing marine peptide drug

The developed method for simultaneous detection of levodopa and carbidopa was able to separate the peaks drug sodium bisulfite in in-vitro release samples stability samples. Levodopa (LD), a pro-drug dopamine, is used as gold standard treatment Parkinson's disease. It usually prescribed with (CD) prevent conversion dopamine peripherally, thus reducing undesirable side effects. Both drugs are unstable at pH 7.4 beyond 24 h due their oxidation, therefore 0.2% added formulation an antioxidant. separation performed by gradient elution using Luna-C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) flow rate 1 ml/min. mobile phase composed A 30 mM potassium phosphate acetonitrile (95:5, v/v) 35 tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulphate B containing (50:50 v/v). Drug were detected 280 nm retention times 3.05 ± 0.001 min LD 3.64 CD. validation according US FDA guidelines results found be within acceptable limits. linear from 10-100 µg/ml (r2 = 0.999) CD, respectively. applied studying in-situ gel. environmental impact evaluated various greenness assessment tools.
