Abstract Neurodegenerative diseases (NDDs) remain a global health challenge. Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's (PD) are the main types of NDDs worldwide, Mendelian Randomization (MR) analysis across multi-omics entire genome offers novel strategies for identifying potential drug targets.
