Abstract This study explores the potential antibacterial applications of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) enhanced with silver (Ag) using plant gel (ZnO-AgO NPs). The problem addressed is increasing prevalence pathogenic bacteria and need for new, effective antimicrobial agents. ZnO NPs possess distinctive physicochemical properties that enable them to selectively target bacterial cells. Their small size high surface area-to-volume ratio allow efficient cellular uptake interaction In this study, average synthesized ZnO-Ag was 77.1 nm, a significant standard deviation 33.7 indicating wide distribution. demonstrated remarkable efficacy against gram-negative gram-positive bacteria, inhibition zones 14.33 mm E. coli 15.66 B. subtilis at concentration 300 µg/ml. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were determined be 100 µg/ml 75 S. saprophyticus . Additionally, exhibited excellent biocompatibility, making appropriate various pharmacological uses. utilizes Ferula latisecta gels, offering sustainable eco-friendly approach nanoparticle synthesis. This study explores a green approach in nanotechnology, synthesizing PVP-capped Gum Arabic emulsified ternary oxides of Fe–Ag–V nanoparticles using blend mushroom, guava, and plantain peel extracts. The acquired displayed irregular shapes distinctive clustered patterns, as observed via scanning electron microscopy. An analysis dynamic light scattering revealed narrow size distribution, showcasing an average diameter 291.6 nm polydispersity index 0.137. exceptional inhibitory effects against Staphylococcus aureus, demonstrating Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) 0.3125 mg/ml Bactericidal (MBC) 1.25 mg/ml. While the MIC MBC values for other bacterial strains were slightly higher, exhibited significant actions, their potential managing spectrum infections.
