Background and objectives: Due to the regeneration potential of growth factors (GFs) platelet concentrates (PCs), facial rejuvenation has been a major area attention in esthetic medicine. The effectiveness safety PCs GFs promoting face are examined this systematic review, which is complemented by case series. essential for collagen production dermal matrix remodeling, while PCs, like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), abundant bioactive chemicals that promote tissue healing cellular regeneration. Materials Methods: A comprehensive literature search was performed on PubMed, Web Science, Scopus, focusing human clinical trials published between February 2019 2024 related PRP esthetics. Results: Thirteen studies met inclusion criteria were analyzed. Conclusions: review summarizes most recent data patient outcomes, treatment regimens, possible hazards. series goes with it shows real-world examples how improve skin elasticity, texture, general appearance little negative side effects. These results highlight use as minimally invasive procedures.

Objectives: This systematic review investigates the effectiveness of natural extracts with anti-inflammatory properties for improving oral health, particularly in managing gingivitis and periodontal disease (PD). With PD being a major global health issue, exacerbated by microbial dysbiosis oxidative stress, integration phytochemicals herbal formulations into therapy offers promising avenue adjunctive treatments. Methods: A was conducted following PRISMA guidelines registered under International Prospective Register Systematic Reviews (ID: 641944). Databases, including PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, were searched between 18–24 December 2024, using Boolean keywords combining terms such as “herbal medicine”, “plant extracts”, “anti-inflammatory”, “periodontal therapy”. Studies involving animal models, vitro data, or non-peer-reviewed articles excluded. Results: Seventeen studies met inclusion criteria. Polyherbal single-component (e.g., Camellia sinensis, Punica granatum, Zingiber officinale, Rosmarinus officinalis) demonstrated comparable efficacy to conventional agents like chlorhexidine (CHX). rinses, camellia sinensis gels, granatum reduced inflammation, improved gingival showed antimicrobial properties, offering effective alternatives. Conclusions: Natural products, single polyherbal formulations, provide safe alternatives PD. Their anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant support their role alongside scaling root planning (SRP) therapy. However, further large-scale, long-term are needed standardize establish optimal protocols.

Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a common condition that causes pain and reduces the quality of life for many people. It also leads to high health financial costs. Managing knee OA requires using different methods together best results. This review overviews current therapeutic options pain, focusing on their efficacy, safety, potential roles in clinical practice. Topical treatments, such as NSAIDs capsaicin, offer significant relief with minimal systemic side effects are suitable initial therapy, nonpharmacologic interventions like exercise and, when relevant, weight loss. Oral analgesics, including acetaminophen opioids, have limited efficacy serious effects, making them appropriate only short-term or rescue therapy. Intra-articular injections, corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, platelet rich plasma, demonstrate varying levels safety. Nutritional supplements, curcumin, Boswellia serrata , glucosaminechondroitin combinations, modest benefits used adjuncts standart treatment. Nonpharmacological transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), acupuncture, local heat provide variable should be customized based individual patient responses. Targeted biologic agents, antibodies TNF-α, IL-1, NGF, hold promise more precise relief; however, further research required establish routine use. Treating personalized, combining several methods. Research must continue improve treatments make safer.

Aim: This article aims to explore the role of human gut microbiota (GM) in pathogenesis neurological, psychiatric, and neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting its influence on health disease, investigating potential therapeutic strategies targeting GM modulation. Materials Methods: A comprehensive analysis microbiota’s composition interaction with body, particularly, neurological psychiatric conditions, is provided. The review discusses factors influencing composition, including birth mode, breastfeeding, diet, medications, geography. Additionally, it examines GM’s functions, such as nutrient absorption, immune regulation, pathogen defense, alongside interactions nervous system through gut–brain axis, neurotransmitters, short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). Results: Alterations are linked various Parkinson’s multiple sclerosis, depression, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism. influences cognitive stress responses, mood regulation. Antibiotic use disrupts diversity, increasing risk metabolic obesity, allergic diseases. Emerging therapies probiotics, prebiotics, transplantation show promise modulating alleviating symptoms conditions. Conclusions. modulation represents a promising approach for personalized treatment strategies.
