The paper investigates the drivers of Industry 4.0 adaptation in CKD automotive industry. methodology is based on a cross-sectional empirical study, where samples were drawn using simple random sampling. Four hypotheses developed, and data collected an online survey standardised questionnaire. Survey responses received from white-collar employees at manufacturer encompassing multiple plants Asia South America. One hundred fifty next analysed Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) SmartPLS software. Based findings, three drivers, namely, business competitiveness, customer satisfaction, operational improvement, positively affect manufacturing companies.
