work

teachers
experience

situations
in

they
need
to
regulate
emotions.
Possible
factors
that
influence

use
of
different
emotion
regulation
strategies

In
this
study,
we
propose
an
ecological
model
of
teacher
agency
and
emotional
vulnerability
that
draws
on
epistemological
roots
these
two
constructs
to
capture
historico-personal,
socio-organizational,
prospective
levels
professionalism.
We
then
ontologically
apply
the
exploring
transnational
language
teachers'
in
context
Turkey.
Framing
study
within
a
narrative
inquiry
methodology,
collected
data
from
open-ended
questionnaires,
frames,
semi-structured
interviews.
Data
analyses
revealed
personal
emotions,
embodied
agencies,
vulnerabilities
were
profoundly
shaped
by
individual
histories,
contextual
discourses,
sociocultural
particularities.
The
findings
unpack
novel
dimensions
vulnerability,
attesting
their
interconnection,
especially
transnationalism.

with
implications
for
educators

pressure

rooted

professional

Abstract
It
is
crucial
to
study
how
L2
learners
use
technology
when
examining
the
lifespan
in
pedagogy.
Therefore,
we
adopted
Gartner’s
hype
cycles
investigate
of
CALL
from
perspectives
EFL
learners.
To

end,
utilized
an
explanatory
narrative
design
and
gathered
analysed

autobiographical
narratives
semi-structured
interviews.

results

analysis
