the
advancement
of
globalization,
English
as
a
key
resource
for
knowledge,
business,
and
culture
has
become
increasingly
important
in
higher
education.
This
study
aims
to
explore
challenges
education
process
internationalization
Asia,
especially
China.
systematically
reviews
relevant
literature
associated
with
Asian
countries,
focusing
on
impact
English-medium
instruction
(EMI)
courses
student
performance
China,
Japan,
Central
Asia.
The
findings
indicate
that
while
provides
students
broader
international
communication
opportunities,
it
also
poses
terms
cultural

performance.

ABSTRACT
Background
Automated
writing
evaluation
(AWE)
systems,
used
as
formative
assessment
tools
in
classrooms,

for
enhancing
instruction

improving
student
performance.

AWE's
effectiveness

its

ABSTRACT
Using
a
person‐centered
approach,
the
present
study
aimed
to
investigate
potential
profiles
of
motivational
regulation
strategies
for
writing
(MRSW)
and
examine
predictive
effect
L2
anxiety
on
membership
MRSW
profiles.
Data
were
collected
from
sample
604
secondary
school
students
with
two
questionnaires.

Writing
Strategies
Motivational
Regulation
Questionnaire
(L2WSMRQ)
