<p>Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are the collection of computational techniques or models encouraged by shape and purpose natural organic networks. Furthermore, a cubic intuitionistic fuzzy (CIF) set is modified extended form Fuzzy (FS). Our goal was to address compute model Aczel-Alsina operational laws under consideration CIF as well t-norm (AATN) t-conorm (AATCN), where Algebraic norms Drastic were special parts norms. Real-world decision-making problems often include multi-polar uncertainties dependent on multi-dimensional attributes. The m-polar fuzzy (mF) sets can efficiently handle such multi-faceted complications with T-norm based weighted aggregation techniques. Aczel-Alsina T-norms offer comparatively flexible and accurate than the other well-known families. Consequently, this work introduced novel mF operators (AOs), including averaging (mFAAWA, mFAAOWA, mFAAHWA) geometric (mFAAWG, mFAAOWG, mFAAHWG) AOs. fundamental properties, boundedness, idempotency, monotonicity, commutativity are investigated. Based proposed AOs, a algorithm is developed implemented to solve two detailed site selection (for desalination plant for wind-power plant). Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm are intrinsically flexible endow aggregation operators with greater versatility robustness in the process than rooted other t-norms families. Moreover, linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LD-FS) is one of resilient extensions sets (FSs), intuitionistic (IFSs), Pythagorean (PyFSs), q-rung orthopair (q-ROFSs), which has acquired prominence decision analysis due to its exceptional efficacy resolving ambiguous data. Keeping view advantages both LD-FSs operators, this article aims establish operation rules for LD-FSs, such as sum, product, scalar multiplication, exponentiation. Based on these rules, we expose weighted average (LDFAAWA) operator, geometric (LDFAAWG) operator scrutinize their distinctive characteristics results. Additionally, based (AOs), a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach designed tested practical case study related forecasting weather under an LD-FS setting. The developed model undergoes comparative several prevailing approaches demonstrate superiority accuracy proposed model. Besides, influence parameter Λ ranking order successfully highlighted.
