Abstract Background Prosocial behaviour can promote positive social interactions and it is a key skill in adolescence. Attachment and mentalization as predictors of outcome in family therapy for adolescent anorexia nervosa (Thesis) DOI Open Access

Family therapy for adolescent anorexia nervosa (FT-AN) is the first line treatment disorder, but little known about who works for, or how it works. This thesis investigates potential value of constructs attachment and mentalization as predictors outcome in family AN. The presents a systematic review their association with child eating pathology which 22 relevant studies were found. In keeping evidence base adults disorders, both found to be correlates childhood adolescence. Bevezetés: A szakirodalom szerint az evészavarban szenvedő serdülők körében nagyobb arányban fordulnak elő mentalizációs nehézségek és bizonytalan érzelmi kötődési stílusok. mentalizáció szerepét mintázatok evési szokások közötti kapcsolatban magyar még nem vizsgálták. Célkitűzés: 14 18 év a mentalizáció, kötődés kapcsolatának vizsgálata. Módszer: Vizsgálatunkban 143 serdülő töltötte ki tájékozott beleegyezés után Reflektív Funkció Kérdőívet, Tapasztalatok Szoros Kapcsolatokban kérdőívet, valamint Evési Attitűdök Tesztet. Eredmények: Az összpontszám diétázás közvetlen út bizonyult szignifikánsnak (c’ = 0,01, p 0,31, β 0,09), míg közvetett út, között bizonytalanságon keresztül szignifikáns volt (∑ab 0,01 [0,01–0,02], 0,07). Megbeszélés: Eredményeink arra utalnak, hogy stílusok kapacitáson állnak diétázási szokásokkal körében. Abstract Purpose We wanted to evaluate the impact of a relational focus in treatment adolescent ED-patients and their parents at an intensive outpatient ward, based on attachment theory, combined with family approach psychodynamic principles. Our aim was investigate distribution different styles among parents, find out if they could change by treatment. Methods Swedish adolescents (n=33; 3 boys, 30 girls,) (n=60; 34 mothers, 26 fathers) participated. Measures: Attachment Style Questionnaire (ASQ), Body Mass Index(BMI) Children’s Global Assessment Scale (CGAS) before after Results The were high Need for Approval (ASQ4) Insecure/Anxious scale (in contrast parents). patients had significant decrease ASQ4 treatment, which correlated inversely increase BMI but not CGAS. mothers showed features Secure/Confident style, fathers Insecure/Avoidant elevated Relationships as Secondary (ASQ2). Conclusions Treatment has insecurity outcomes terms BMI. It is important engage who need help separate that developmental stage. A secure therapeutic context, enables mentalizations allows new experiences, essential. ASQ-instrument useful indicating progress ED-adolescents.
