Objective In this study, we examined associations between county-level measures of structural racism and cancer incidence mortality rates race groups while accounting for factors associated with environmental burden. Methods To explore relationship, conducted multiple linear regression analyses. Data these analyses came from an index publicly available data on 2015 to 2019 age-adjusted the US Cancer Statistics Visualization Tool, County Health Rankings Roadmaps, Environmental Protection Agency’s 2006 2010 Quality Index, estimates Census American Community Survey. In analyses, five measures were possible sources structural risk for or resilience against birth: percent residents poverty, uninsured, more than school education, foreign-born, racial polarization. County-level foreign-born compared was disparity rate ratio (RR); RR < 1 indicated advantage. Linear regression at level counties quantified associations between factors RRs. Among 4,072,326 individuals, had 24% lower adjusted (aOR 0.77, 95% CI 0.76–0.78). across counties; RRs ranged 0.13 2.82. lack health insurance education greater both Future research should explore policies within that impact individuals.
