Introduction: Anemia is a public health problem that affects millions of children worldwide, especially those in the crucial stage development spans from six months to five years. Abstract The safety profile of COVID-19 vaccines is well-established, yet the widespread immunization campaign has led to an increase in reported cases Immune-Mediated and Rheumatic Diseases (IMDRs). This study aimed assess reporting Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFIs) related IMDRs after vaccination. Global Coronavir us disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination efforts are being intensified to combat the pandemic. As frequency of immunization against COVID-19 has increased, some adverse effects related have emerged. Within this context, article reviewed 62 Graves' (GD) cases following vaccination, probe potential association between and onset GD. A comprehensive search PubMed, Web Science, Scopus databases was conducted collect GD up June 7, 2023. Among included in review, there were 33 (53.2%) new-onset 10 (16.1%) relapsed patients mRNA 14 (22.6%) 4 (6.5%) viral vector 1 (1.6%) inactivated vaccination. This process might begin with a deficient CD4 T-cell response infections genetically predisposed individuals (HLA-DRB1), followed by an uncontrolled CD8 hyperactivation elevated antibody production, some of which may be directed against autoantigens, can trigger direct damage pituitary, resulting decreased production hormones, such as ACTH.
